Cancellation Policy

  • Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, orders may already be in processing, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Approved cancellations requested within 24 hours are eligible for a refund, subject to a €10 processing and transaction fee, which covers payment processing and operational costs.

  • Alternatively, customers may choose to receive a full store credit for the order amount, with no processing fee applied.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return window starting from the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In their original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Returns shipped without prior approval, without a valid reason, or outside the 15-day return window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.


Important Notice for International Returns (EU Customers)

Due to the nature of our international supply chain and manufacturing partners, approved returns may require international shipping to one of our designated logistics centers located outside the European Union.

At this time, The Luxx Edit does not offer local or EU-based return addresses, nor pre-paid return labels. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that return shipping may involve international transit and associated costs.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via our Contact Page or by emailing contact@theluxxedit.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

All returns must be approved by our team before shipping. Once approved, customers will receive the designated return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our team will not be accepted or refunded.

Please ensure your order number and full name are included inside the return package to ensure fast processing.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer in all cases, including situations involving manufacturing defects or approved returns.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during the return process.

  • Return shipping costs may be significantly higher for international returns and are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

  • After approval, refunds may take up to 40 business days to be fully processed by banks or payment providers.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and approved.

  • All refunds are issued in euros (€) in accordance with the original purchase currency.

  • Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or bank fees.


Promotional & Discounted Items

Items purchased during promotions, seasonal sales, or using discount codes are eligible for return in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless otherwise stated for legally exempt product categories.

Promotional pricing does not affect the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable return period.


Product Concerns

We take product quality and safety very seriously and encourage customers to follow all care instructions.

Damage or discomfort caused by misuse, lack of care, or improper handling is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Decisions in such cases are made at the sole discretion of The Luxx Edit.

Damaged Items

All orders are packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged only if:

  • It arrives with a manufacturing defect

  • It arrives physically broken

Please note: damaged packaging alone does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is intact.

Requirements:

A free replacement will be arranged if eligible. Refunds are not offered for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidental handling.


Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. However, external factors may affect delivery.

The Luxx Edit is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • External factors beyond our control

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to them. However, we will always assist by:

  • Contacting the carrier

  • Helping open an investigation

  • Monitoring the case until resolution


Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

By completing a purchase on our website, customers confirm that they have reviewed and accepted our Returns & Refunds Policy, including international return conditions and associated costs.
