Cancellation Policy
- Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this period, your order may already be in processing and changes might not be possible.
- Approved cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- No refunds will be issued for used, worn, or damaged items caused by normal use or misuse.
- Returns sent without prior approval, without valid reason, or outside the 15-day period may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
How to start a return: contact us through the Contact Page within 15 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping. Please include your order number and full name inside the package to ensure fast processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items damaged upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. After confirmation that the items are in good condition, the refund may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date to be fully processed. If you have not received your refund after it has been confirmed, please contact your financial institution.
All refunds are issued in euros (€) according to the original purchase currency. Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
Product Concerns
We take product quality and safety very seriously and encourage all customers to use our products responsibly. Always follow the care instructions and usage guidelines provided on the product packaging or website. Failure to do so may result in damage or discomfort, for which The Luxx Edit cannot be held responsible. Any refunds or replacements in such cases will be at our sole discretion.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (e.g., a dented box) is not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos showing the issue. Our team will evaluate and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or carelessness.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order quickly and securely, but The Luxx Edit cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. In case of delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
